These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 01Lingu ("the App"), developed by zerox1 ("we", "us"). By downloading or using 01Lingu, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

01Lingu is a private AI language tutoring application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App or its model files
• Use the App in any way that could harm yourself or others

2. Free access

01Lingu is provided free of charge. All features — every language, every lesson, every feedback session — are included at no cost. We do not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions at this time.

3. The AI model and content

01Lingu uses an AI language model that runs entirely on your device. All tutoring, corrections, and feedback are generated automatically on-device.

Important: AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. Do not rely on 01Lingu as your sole source of truth for professional translation, legal documents, or critical communications. Always verify important language use with a qualified human speaker.

We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses. The model runs on your device; we have no visibility into your sessions.

4. Intellectual property

The 01Lingu app, its design, and associated assets are owned by zerox1. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the App without our written permission.

Content you produce through the App belongs to you. We have no access to it and make no claim over it.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

01Lingu is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated language corrections or translations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zerox1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which zerox1 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
